This was the most thorough and complete dental cleaning I have ever received.

My mother has been going back and forth with this Monarch Dental practice and trying to get dentures made that fit and don't slide around. She keeps getting poor care and excuses...

The entire staff has always treated me as a friend. I never just feel like a patient. I like them all very much and I see them show the same courtesy to others as I am in lobby or in the chair. more

I love this office. My dentist is fantastic and so is the entire staff. Everyone is always smiling and kind. My dentist is very patient with me and she is so caring! I would highly recommend this office! more

Dental School 11/18/2010

My mother has been going back and forth with this Monarch Dental practice and trying to get dentures made that fit and don't slide around. She keeps getting poor care and excuses that the problem is with the lab. She rarely sees the dentist, but rather her assistants who really don?t seem to have the slightest idea about dentistry. The assistants disregard her concerns and make excuses. I wouldn't recommend this dentist to anyone. I am considering filing a report with the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners. AWFUL! more

Good Dental Office 4/16/2010

Our insurance changed, so we changed dentists. I was a little worried about the one stop dental shop, but the office was nice and clean. The front desk staff was very knowledgeable and very upbeat. I didn't wait long, but the dentist only visited with me for about 4 minutes. He reviewed my xrays and said no cavities, then he was off. The hygienist was wonderful, though. Very thorough, but also very gentle. Overall good experience. Pros: Great Staff ! Cons: Dentist didn't stay very long. more
