Everyone was so very helpful and understanding. It's been a long time since I've been able to go to the dentist for financial reasons. I decided to take this huge step since the Bright Now financing was available. No one made me feel bad about my teeth. Cindy, i think the hygienist, was very gentle and answered all my questions and made me feel good about being there. The front office staff that I dealt with were very understanding and answered all the questions I had about financing. I'm looking forward to starting on the road to having a healthier mouth. i see a lot of people complain about the offices wanting to charge patients for "deep cleanings". Before you get too upset, take a look at the amount of litigation there has been in the past few years because dentists have failed to diagnose and treat gum disease. If your dentist has been giving you "normal" cleanings for several years and you are an adult, you should question whats going on. The American Dental Association says that almost 80% of us in this country have some degree of peridontal disease....it can lead to stroke, diabetes and several other conditions. I applaud those offices that do the right thing and insist patients be treated appropriately. Just so you know..I have advanced peridontal disease and I would never had know it had one of these doctors not taken the time and effort to treat me appropriately more

Beware!! Be careful of what you sign and initial.Read carefully. #13 requires that you agree to accept optimal dental care before you know the fees for the procedure. They will not let you see a dentist without agreeing to this. I walked out! more

Took my youngest daughther to Dentist and the receptionists were a "God Send" with the other two younger kids. They supplied crayolas, coloring books, and even goldfish crackers to snack on. The kids loved it. Very clean as well. PROS: Kid Friendly CONS: The seating in the back is crowed. Lots of patient chairs in row more
