This company's logo should say, ""specializes in bait and switch practices!"" We made a reservation for July 4 to go from boston to the cape-- we were sent a confirmation and quote of 200-- a few days before they were to pick us up and we were already on our vacation and not checking emails--they sent another email changing the price from 200 to 600! When I tried to get an explanation they said it was a holiday and that the computer confirmation is not correct. They were unbelievably rude and hostile on the phone when I asked why they hadn't called my phone to let me know they had made a mistake and the charge would be more than double what they quoted me. They said they could not credit my account and would give me a discount next time we were in town... next time we are in town we wont be using Cassablanca.
