Todd and Keith were very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I did not have to worry about any mess. I have been always satisfied with Carter's.

Justin was our technician from Carter's My Plumber. He was very knowledgeable, very punctual, he knew what he was talking about and what he was doing. He let us know exactly what needed to be done and got our approval before doing it. He was easy to work with and get a hold of, he was just exceptional! more

Quick Response 8/25/2015

Called in the morning for a potential sump pump issue. Service personnel showed up when promised and then investigated the issue and explained what needed to be done to fix it. Knowledgable and very customer service oriented. more

Carter's My Plumber always makes me feel comfortable when I work with them. I manage rentals so I do a good amount of business with them. They always bend over backwards to get the job done right. They try especially hard to get the service done in the same day. Their work is impeccable and I have never had any real issues with them. The one time there was a problem, they came back that same day to fix it. They are a family oriented business, with a personable staff. There's always someone there to talk to, and to answer your calls and questions. more

This was the first time I've used Carter's My Plumber, and it was kind of a simple task. They installed a dryer and hooked it up to the existing gas line. I would use them again if necessary. more

Carter's gave us outstanding performance yet again 7/28/2015

I recommended Carter's My Plumber to my mom and then she used them. First, it is wonderful to be able to get an appointment quickly when you need it. When we used them, we had an emergency situation. We had running water and they came in the same day for us . My mom needed to have a washing machine hose changed, and as soon as I called, they came out very quickly and got the work done. The work is done professionally and it was clean, neat, quick, and done well. more

Average experience 7/10/2015

I think Carter's My Plumber is overpriced. They had to cut and solder a pipe under my sink. They also fixed a leak from the back of the toilet. It works fine now, I just thought it was very expensive. Be ready to spend some money if you use them. RESPONSE FROM Carter's My Plumber: Dear Eleanor, We are so sorry you are disappointed. Fast, Friendly, clean 7/9/2015

Both servicemen were great. They were on time, worked quickly and very friendly. Not sure if the price was the best but did not have time to check other providers. Carter's is my first choice for plumbing needs. more

Great company that cares about their customers 7/7/2015

I have used Carter's My Plumber for several years. Most recently, they installed a new garbage disposal in my home and flushed my water heater. The service is impeccable. The technicians are very friendly, arrive on time, and know what they are doing. The company follows up with clients after the work is complete. I recommend Carter's My Plumber as a trustworthy plumbing service at a fair price. more

I had a problem with my drain and Carter's My Plumber was quick to come when I called, quick to identify the problem, quick to fix the problem. I have used them in the past, I know Lisa very well and I know they are a good family and I think that says a lot for the business. more

Excellent customer service with friendly and knowledgeable technicians. 6/30/2015

We had to have new water lines run for our washer and dryer, and the toilet seals and an ejector pump replaced. The technicians from Carter's My Plumber were honest, punctual, and very friendly. They gave us an estimate and stayed true to that estimate. We haven't had any problems since! more
