Todd and Keith were very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I did not have to worry about any mess. I have been always satisfied with Carter's.

My kids and I enjoyed having Mike in our house fixing their tub plumbing issues. He kept them engaged and made them feel useful. A friend of mine referred me to your service, and I know already people that will be calling you when they need help. Kudos to Mike!!! more

Mike arrived in a timely fashion. He explained the plumbing issue & fixed the problem quickly for a reasonable fee. He explained the process well & didn't overcharge or replace anything that didn't need to be corrected. A very honest, down to earth style of business! I will call again if a plumbing need arises. the person you sent was great! seemed to be experienced and was very thorough. price was very low considering the service and the job that was done. the only negative thing we can tell about is that the quality of the equipment sent was ineffective and/or dangerous to the person using it! 3 different pieces were sent before the last one did the job. more
