WOW is about the only way to describe these guys! I have used Carpet Professionals a number of times and plan to keep using them. Each time they are on time. The techs are very knowledgeable. And they far exceed my expectations! I highly recommend Eddie and his team. They are the best carpet cleaners you'll find in the Hampton Roads area!! more

Very good service 5/8/2012

I had Eddie come over to clean my carpet recently. He showed up promptly and even gave me a courtesy call know exactly when he was going to be over. His work was very good and also very thorough. He made sure to explain exactly what was going to happen and took the time to do the job right. The price was right too. If your carpet needs a cleaning, I would recommend Carpet Professionals! more

Awesome service and people! 4/30/2012

Carpet Professionals are awesome, they really take care of their customers. I initially had to reschedule my carpet cleaning last minute because some things came up, but Eddie was very nice and understanding. When we finally had our appointment, he was very informative, courteous, and got the work done quickly and thoroughly. The price was very reasonable for a job well done. I will be calling again to have my office carpets cleaned as well. In addition, I had a cat urine odor that had been in the house for a year that I had cleaned and cleaned with no luck. When I mentioned it, he sprayed an enzyme into the affected area and to my surprise, the odor is completely GONE! SO...if you are a pet owner I HIGHLY recommend these folks! more

Great Service and price.. 4/23/2012

Great service! I called on a Friday and had an appointment for the next day. I printed one of their coupons on their website which brought the price down significantly. Eddie showed up and went straight to work. The results were great. Very satisfied. more

Great Experience!!! 3/27/2012

We had a fantastic experience with this company. Not only where they upfront about the charges and the bill actually matched what we were quoted on the phone. We have two dogs and one cat in a 1200 sq ft condo, so we know dirty carpets and they were able to get stains out the our landlord had said were ""permanent"". Thanks Carpet Professionals, our carpet looks better than when we moved in, really a great job. We'll be calling y'all again. more
