This was the first time we hired a company to clean our carpet, and the results were fantastic. I tried to shampoo the carpet twice myself, with poor results. Miguel, Carpet Dryclean's serviceman, was able to remove all the stains that our carpet cleaning machine couldn't. He even removed stains that were there before we moved in, and he did it in about half the time it normally takes me. Miguel was friendly, and on time, making it easy to get the carpet cleaned, so I could move on with my day. He even left me a small amount of their cleaning powder, so I could remove a few future stains on my own. As most people before mentioned in the reviews (I used the previous reviews to decide on Carpet Dryclean as my service), the service is a little on the expensive side. They charge by the square foot, and extra for stairs. All in all, the extra cost is worth it. You don't have to wait all day for the carpet to dry, or leave the windows open and fan on to dry it. This was great for me, since it was 30 degrees outside. Also, the service is much more friendly to the life of the carpet. Our home is a Pulte home, which means the quality grade of the carpet is pretty low, and needs all the preservation help it can get. Overall, it was a fantastic service. I highly recommend Miguel and Carpet Dryclean for anyone needing their carpet cleaned.
Pros: Fit me into the Saturday schedule with two days notice, carpet looks fantastic, service was great.
Cons: Slightly high on price.
