We went in to purchase two recliners, picked them out, the salesman checked to see if they were in stock, and they were. We paid for them and went to the warehouse to get them. When we got them home, and out of the box, we realized we were given the wrong product. After several phone calls, many trips to the store and filing a complaint with BBB of Asheville, we finally got a refund, but we had to take the chairs to the store instead of them picking up the chairs. The management was rude and said the owner was "unavailable". The owner wouldn't return calls until after we filed with BBB. The only reason they get 1 star is so you can read this and not make the same mistake we did!
