Brushed Off 5/8/2012

The PA told me my blood work was normal, but my thyroid levels seemed high (for me). She said I didn't need to come back, that I should get my Primary Care phys to do future tests. I felt so brushed off. They did call to apologize for cancelling my follow-up (said it was a computer error), so maybe they aren't trying to get rid of me. I still won't be going back. more

Rushed and Uncaring 2/21/2012

Saw the doctor for a total of 5 minutes. (Thomas) After a few blood tests that came back normal I was told I didn't need to come back. It kind of felt like I went through a revolving door. Everything was rushed as if they could not get me out of there fast enough so they could move on to the next person. My internist had to call this doctor 3 times before any of his phone calls were returned! Keep in mind, this is one physician calling another physician to discuss a patient. 3 calls were not returned!! I have heard that endocrinologists are hard to find, but I would keep searching before going into this office. more
