CANNOT BE TRUSTED!!!! Buyer beware! Will tell you a price over the phone, perform the work, and when we go to pick up your vehicle it will be 70% higher than he quoted you. Don't be surprised to hear ""Oh, I thought you wanted it done right!"" in an attempt to justify his deceptive and basically criminal business practices. Terrible attitude and a COMPLETE lack of customer service. I will walk to work in the future instead of taking my car to this liar!!\r more

I expected at least honesty when I took my Honda to this establishment, what I got was a lie and a bill that was very unexpected. I got a quote for a problem with my car, and when I went to pick my car up it was $150.00-$200.00 more than what I was quoted. I never received a phone call to tell me of this unexpected price increase and was forced at that point to pay because the car was fixed. When trying to discuss it with the owner he had a very poor explination of what he charged me for and part of it he had different reasons for the same charge. I was incredibly disappointed and and frustrated and the owner was unsympathetic and down right rude. Will most certainly never go back and would try to prevent other from going!!! more

The people at Carolina Auto Repair are the nicest people you could ask for. They are willing to assist you in any way, even if it means they lose a little business. The worst customer service I have ever came across when I called there shop & explain my situation which was a water pump issue the gentleman on the phone wasnt to friendly at all I told him I bought my own water pump and just asked if they could install it for me for what ever they charged he said we dont get into that kind of thing & basically hung the phone up on me.
