service & maintenance 8/1/2017

Carney replaced total hybrid electric heating/cooling and oil furnace about 8 years ago. Been serviced 2x a year since, never had any major issues...techs are always prompt, courteous and knowledgeable, no problem recommending to anyone. more

Jason arrived right on time - very important to me. He was very efficient and when he was finished, he explained that there was some pruning of shrubs near the outside compressor unit that we should undertake. He was polite and respectful and, I think, an excellent example of a Carney employee. more

My annual service was yesterday. I had a three hour window and received a call ahead if the time that the technician was coming was ok. The technician was on time and was very friendly. He did a great job, answered all of my questions, and provided great recommendations. more

Heater Check 2/13/2017

Jason arrived in the time period we had scheduled with Carney calling me to tell me he was on the way about 15 min. before he arrived. Jason and his assistant put booties on before entering my home and had everything checked, the filter changed and an oral report on my heater in less than an hour. All went well and Jason was very professional. more
