Quick response 5/20/2016

My hot water heater broke and water was everywhere. Kevin F. was here in about 45 minutes. He diagnosed the problem and had his coworker deliver new equipment. The whole thing took about 2 hours. They are not inexpensive, but they are responsive and do good work. more

Jerry found something that would have caused a problem in the future and fixed it promptly. He also went beyond what was required and fixed another issue that would have caused us problems. Thanks for a job well done. more

I have called on Carney for three different service calls in the past three years and have received very Professional service each time. Their Pro's are good man and always know how to fix what ever the problem. When calling in to there office all call's have been handle in a professional manner. I will call them again and recommend them to anyone. more

Great Service with Carney 12/29/2015

I came home from vacation to discover a terrible leak in my dining room, probably coming from the bathroom above. I called Carney who I have used in the past and they scheduled an appointment for the next day. Bill K came and gave me excellent service... he methodically researched all possibilities for the leak and discovered the problem quickly. He was able to solve the problem and repair the leak very quickly. Thank you, Bill K! more

Routine Maintenance of gas furnace 12/14/2015

We had scheduled routine maintenance of our gas furnace, and the office called to see if the technician could come a little early, which worked out well. Jason was clean-cut and polite, got to work immediately and did the maintenance service expeditiously. No muss, no fuss. I was very satisfied. Best regards, David more

Carney is thorough and polite 12/8/2015

Keith L. at Carney was personable, thorough, polite and efficient. Keith was also very kind to my dog. Carney gave me a 12 to 4 time slot. At 11:30 they called and politely asked if they could come early. I was thrilled. They didn't try to sell me extra things like filters when they weren't needed. They ask about the status of your heat or A/C and listen to your answers. I had a great experience. more

Kevin came to give me an estimate to replace a hot water heater at 7:30 am. The price was reasonable and since the heater was leaking I asked for the replacement to happen ASAP. The job was completed by 11am the same morning. I also asked for quotes on other repairs throughout the house which he quoted prices with no problem. I will use Carney for other repairs and ask for Kevin to complete the jobs. more

I had a great experience with Carney's. I had 3 toilet's, a sink and a water softner replaced. Jason was fantastic. From the beginning stages of evaluating the issues, making sugestions. He was on time, efficient and did a great job. He was pleasant and very open to answering questions and providing information or guidance about what he was doing. Lucas assisted him in the 2 day project and again was very pleasant and did a nice job. They were also very neat and consiencious in covering the floors with cloths as well as wearing booties on their shoes as they went through the house. I strongly recommend them. I have always been satisfied with the repairs that Carney's plumbing has done for me in the past. Bill came today to fix a clogged toilet. He was professional, friendly, paid attention to cleanliness, and got the job done quickly. I would definitely use this service again, and would not hesitate to ask for Bill. The best part about my service today was the prompt response. I called this morning, they gave me a 12 - 4 window, Carney called about 15 minutes before arrival to tell me Bill was on his way, and he was here by 12. more

Shower Faucet Replaced 10/22/2015

Excellent service by Jeremy of Carney Plumbing, Heating & Cooling. Needed to replace very old, leaky shower faucet; faceplate screws stripped when I tried so needed experts. Great job, clean, professional. more
