the same thing happen to us.Our huge mistake we didn't asked for referals! they were in a hurry to build our swimming pool it's just a matter of time our liner will come off! lot...

Falling Apart, NO stars 7/20/2011

I am watching my neighbor's 2 year old pool fall apart before their eyes. I am not one to publicly put down a company but a pool is a big investment and people should know what they are getting into with this company. The pool is literally disintegrating. With the pool being located in Cohoes, one would think Caribbean would want to maintain a good reputation locally but they are not doing anything to help these people. It is unethical and really unfortunate. more

Falling Apart 7/20/2011

My pool 4/22/2011

I had my pool lining replaced and we added stairs and a light. It really brightens up the yard. The work was done quickly. They were very reasonable and had great customer service.I would recommend them to all of my friends. more

This company is a splash above the rest 4/22/2011

My wife picked up a flyer from the home show in Albany about Caribbean Pools. We called and got a someone out to the house to get an estimate very quickly. We were encouraged to get some price qoutes else where in the end Caribbean pools was the best price and seemed to be a bit more edvanced. This will be our second summer with our pool and has been a great addition to our family. We would recommend Caribbean pools to everyone. more

Caribbean pools ROCKS 4/22/2011

Caribbean pool has been doing a friends pool for years and suggested them to me after a bad experience with another company. They are customer friendly, great to work with,competitive prices and always there when I need them. I cant wait for the weather to get nice so I can swim in my newly lined pool. THANK YOU agian for everything you have done for me and my Summer of fun. more

helped me out in a jam 8/4/2005

Ordinarily I do not shop here. Its very expensive compared to other pool stores. However, last winter I called at 8:00 am because my pool was caving in. The liner had apparently ripped and the ice that formed on top of the cover was caving in the walls. Someone from the pool store came over right away and cut the cord holding the liner around the pool. He wouldn't accept any money for it. The pool was saved because the walls did not cave in. Every since then I do stop over there and buy supplies. Although pricier, they know how to treat customers. more
