I just wanted to take the time to write you a BIG THANK YOU for making my move so smooth. During the weeks leading up to my move, even before I had chosen Cardinal, you were always there and responsive to all my questions and concerns. I appreciated how flexible and patient you were with me while I resigned from my job, a process that took longer than i expected. I thought your process of quoting based on a list of items was very efficient and effective. I liked how I didn't have to set up a time consuming home visit for you to check out all of my things before giving me a quote. Once I decided on Cardinal I appreciated you tailoring the contact with me so that I was comfortable with the terms. I chose Cardinal partly because the bid was competitive, but mostly because of your superior customer service skills and pro activeness. The pick up of my items went smoothly! I was able to enjoy coffee with a friend while your guys packed up my things and I was able to hit the road to California that day, ahead of schedule! The delivery was even better, ahead of schedule. I was surprised how quickly my things arrived considering we used Bee kins for our move last time and they took weeks! Va dime and his partner moved everything in my house perfectly and were so nice and friendly. I really was so pleased with the whole process, you guys are the best. more

I have made several residence moves in the past, not always with good results but Cardinal exceeded my expectations. The positive experience started with the return call from their account rep, Mike, who was very professional and asked all the right questions. The quoted price was very fair and, as it turned out, an incredible deal. The moving team was very professional and focused on making sure that my possessions and property were well protected. They even had to carry furniture and appliances up a double flight of stairs and never hit the walls or banisters. Even when they finished, there was no damage at all. I would highly recommend them for any move contemplated and will use them again in the future. more

I would highly recommend Cardinal Moving Systems. I moved from Cleveland to Hawaii due to my job. After calling around for shipping quotes, I was referred to Cardinal by a friend. Their team was able to get me the best price possible, which resulted in saving me hundreds of dollars. Cardinal Movers were there every step of my relocation , Cardinal updated me on the shipping status either via phone calls or email. I knew the status of my furniture every step of the way. It is very sad to see that such a good company has so many bad reviews, don’t let those reviews deceive you from choosing this great company for your upcoming move, I used Cardinal in for a move a few months ago, I had to relocate due to my job, I got so many different moving quotes but I chose Cardinal because it was more close to my budget than the other companies, I did checked them online, but I decided to give them a chance and I am happy to say that they did a fantastic job. I had a great experience with everyone at Cardinal, since my sales rep, to the movers, to customer service to ultimately the delivery. I was always able to communicate with them and all my questions were answered. Movers were very polite and professional, and when delivery came, my items arrived safely without any damage.
