Outstanding Repairs As Usual 9/27/2010

I had my 1999 Camry repaired at Car Crafters last week to fix some clear coat issues. As usual, the repairs were outstanding. You have a business that enjoys a VERY HIGH customer satisfaction index and I'm certainly one of those happy campers. I will recommend Car Crafters every chance I get. more

My car was hit by another car sliding out of control in last year’s freak snow storm. A friend recommended that I take my car to Car Crafters. She said they would repair the car quickly, there wouldn’t be any surprises and I could track the progress of the work online. My friend was right, the estimate was right on, my car was ready when they said it would be and best of all - when I picked it up, it looked great! The staff was courteous, thorough, and professional. I was given a ride to my job (nearby). The work was excellent, and the car was ready ahead of time. It was also thoroughly cleaned, which is significant, as I brought it in dirty inside and out, with inches of mud and clay cemented in the whellwells. Unlike the last reviewer, I have no complaints. When I wrecked my car, I was so upset. I just wanted a new car. I thought it would never be the same. Then I was referred to Car Crafters Collision Repair. The people there were so understanding and caring. They did a beautiful job on my car and it looks brand new! Now, I’m keeping my car forever!
