Camera Works NW has had our video camera since JANUARY!!! First they said it would take 2 weeks to fix it. 4 weeks later we hadn't heard anything from them so we call. Low and behold SOMEONE forgot to order the part. It'll be another 2 weeks. 3 weeks go by and still no word. We call again, they'll check into it and call us back. We give them another week, stiil NOTHING. We call them AGAIN. Now they need a cord and a tape to do some testing. We drop it off for them. They say they'll have information for us in a few days. A few days go by and NO WORD (go figure). We call them again ""oh sorry, yeah this has taken a while"" (ya think!!!). We'll have it done by Monday (April 30th). Do you think we'd get a call back on Monday? You guess it...NOPE! We call last week and they said ""sorry, we'll call the tech and call you back"". No call until today and now they say that the part they ordered is defective and we have two option...Option 1 they re-order the part and fix it and give us a 20% discount. Option 2 they refund us the $45 we've paid already and take the broken camera to have it repaired somewhere else. NO THANK YOU!!!!!! 20% OFF ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!?! We haven't been able to launch our website because they've had our camera for 4 months!!!!! They've kept us from being able to get out there in the marketplace with all those couples that got engaged over the Christmas holiday, the New Year holiday, Valentines Day etc. Those brides and grooms are looking now for videographers and this videographer will miss out on all of it because of CAMERA WORKS NW.
