Camelback Subaru

I have always dreaded the idea of resorting to a dealership for repairs. I have a friend who used to work there and he highly recommend them to me. He called ahead and told them I was coming. They we're really great and it seems they would be to no-connected customers as well. They offer a shuttle service when you drop your car off. I was walking around looking at some other cars after I put mine in and I met a salesmen named John. He was a really cool guy. Very honest about car sales and other things we talked about. I'm proud to be an owner of a VW and to have a dealership close that won't screw you. more

The service department at Camelback VW is truly outstanding! Michael Miller has been our service advisor for quite some time. He is knowledgable, professional AND hardworking! No matter how busy the service dept is, he always makes me feel like my car is the most important car in the world!! I've had 5 VW's and all five have been serviced here so I've seen them grow & go through lots of changes... mostly good. all of the advisors are good, but if you can ask for Mike, you won't be disappointed!! more

It's a great dealership for car repairs. I can't vouch for the sales people or anything else but the service techs. I recommend talking to Michael and Alex and call their cell numbers to get a hold of them. They'll service you as best as they can. more

The very best dealership to buy a car! I despise purchasing cars! So when recently I needed to purchase one i wasn't too excited. I started by test driving cars at different places and narrowed it down to the super awesome VW Tiguan. Next, I went a bit crazy emailing all of the VW places searching for the Tiguan I wanted and the best price! Hands down...Camelback was the best as far as knowledge of product. Polite yet friendly salespeople. Nice facility and then throw all that out the door price! They also had the best deal and the best services that came with it! It really was a pleasant experience. I dealt with Antoine. He was amazing. He offered to bring the contract and the car to my office to get things done because I was busy! He made things really easy too! He is even providing me with a huge bow for it! The fact that Antoine and Greg are pretty easy on the eyes made this a nice experience as well!;) more

Do not go here for repairs. They will misdiagnose your problem and will make expensive, unnecessary repairs to your vehicle. more

I have been to this repair location several times to get my 2001 Jetta fixed. (and I do mean fixed, the car was in the shop 10 times in 1 year for windows.) The employees have been consistently rude to me, to the point where I drive out of my way to not go there for any type of work at all. My car has 35,000 miles on it, and it is now pushing 6 years old. I do not drive much .When my brakes needed replacement after 15,000 miles, I questioned the repair—to which they responded—Maybe it’s the way you drive. They are expensive on top of it all. more
