Called in the morning inquiring about a swim suit for my daughters swim team. The Gentleman on the phone not only checked to ensure they had the necessary suit in the size needed in stock. Not only did he offer the price but told me what the final cost with tax would be as well. I indicated I'd be down in a bit... he had the suit ready for me when I got their. Overall it was a Great Experience :o) more

I own a small business in Carmichael and I do everything I can to support other local businesses, however, I will NOT be going back to this business! I ordered a pair of prescription goggles for my daughter who is legally blind in one eye so she could see on our vacation to Cozumel. They quoted me 5-7 days. After multiple phone calls to the Swim Shop, they told me that there were 3 shipping errors and that I would not have my daughter's goggles after waiting almost 30 days. The man was rude on the phone, offered no empathy for the customer, told me it was not ""their fault"" for the shipping problem (3 shipping errors) and would not give me a pair of cheap $18.00 goggles in exchange for the bad transaction or even offer a discount. I then called NorCal Swim Shop in Roseville where they offered excellent customer service and were able to make custom goggles on site.
