When I intially contacted this office, the staff was friendly. So, I scheduled an appointment and was seen by the doctor. AFTER my consultation, I was informed of the charges. Well to my surprise, the charges were a lot more than I was initially quoted or expected. This is when things went TERRIBLY bad. Apparently, the staff DON'T like to be questioned about charges or payment. They expect you to pay in full up front and reimburse you after they receive payment from the insurance company. This is ok if the patient is informed prior to services being rendered. They were EXTREMELY RUDE and because I questioned them too much about payment, they told me in so many words not to come back. So be advised, if you're ok with paying up front and not asking any questions and upsetting the staff, and receiving money back 2 weeks after the insurance has paid them, then this is the office for treatment. I don't know who the person is who wrote the review below, but clearly they don't know what they are talking about or have a personal vendetta against Dr. Caissie. First of all, he's an endodontist, not a dentist. Secondly there has never been a more patient, gentle, attentive, skilled doctor. He has worked on me and many of my friends and family members and has only been a consummate professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone! Pros: patient, gentle, honest more

If you have any anxiety or worry about going to a dentist, DO NOT use this dentist. Both he and his hygienist were uncaring and inconsiderate of my fears and limitations when it came to x-rays as well as the exam. This was just an exam I had and I left in tears. He made no effort whatsoever to make me more comfortable, even if it was to just take the instrument out of my mouth when not in use. He stood behind the chair and whispered about me with his assistant for the first two minutes he spent in the room before introducing himself and between his tone of voice, facial expressions and actions he made it very clear that he would not be concerned about me as a person, only me as another zero added to his paycheck. When I told him the taste of something in my mouth was making me sick, his response was ""it will""..not an offer to rinse it out or an apology, nothing. Just because you have a degree hanging on your wall and a fancy office should not allow you to treat people like this. Pros: expensive looking office Cons: everything else more
