Came for a quiet lunch in Georgetown. This is one of my go to places for decent French food in the area. It's small, and sort of tucked away, and on some mornings, it's packed. The food is pretty good, not stunning, but good enough to sell, and as I said, French.
The service is also good by French standards, which is to say they're gonna leave you alone until you ask for the check for the most part. No hovering.
The food is 3 stars, but the service and ambiance is 4.5 so I rounded up.
So if you're looking for a little cafe in which to have lunch in Georgetown without much pretense (I said, ""much"", we are after all in Georgetown)... Come here.
Pros: Quiet cafe off the well beaten path
Cons: Food varies from just ok to excellent.
