Keller's Cactus Jacks suffers from a lack of identity. The name evokes images of beach-front beer joints where Jimmy Buffet might waste away, but in reality Cactus Jack's cannot decide if its a family restaurant, a fast-food restaurant, or a place for beer. The decor is one part dentist office, one part western (there's a saddle on the split-rail fence that surrounds the patio), and one part burger joint, which is to say, it has no decor. The sign out front declares "burgers and beer," and indeed, this is about all you will find on the menu. This is not the place for a teatodling vegetarian. I have never seen more than three people there at any one time, and on my last visit, I sat for an hour without ever seeing anyone except the surly child who took my order. With business like that, it's a goo bet that Keller's won't be in business for too long. Only Keller will mourn.
