I don't give 5 stars to anybody, but Cabena's earned it. I took my '05 TL to them based on a recommendation. My TL is my ""baby"" and has never been wrecked and never wrenched on. In fact, had never been towed until a recent incident. They had to do some major surgery - and it was like they never lifted the hood when I got it back. They MORE than lifted the hood. The hood was completely off when I went by at one point. Very professional - treated my car as if it was their own. No shortcuts, no games. Provided options and openly discussed pros/cons/cost. Chuck and his team were awesome to work with. My Acura will never go anywhere else. more

If you have a Japanese vehicle and live anywhere near Acworth you should check out Cabena's Japanese Auto. \r \r Not much has gone wrong with my Subaru but when it came time to do the 90k service I didn't want to deal with the Dealers and I have had aggravating experiences with national service shops not knowing what they are doing with a boxer engine. It didn't take me long to find the numerous perfect ratings of Cabena's with glowing reviews. After the first work they did on my car I could see why Cabena's has such a following, it's because they are simple great. Their quote was lower than most others for the work I needed done and the final cost was exactly what I was quoted. The work was completed when they said it would be. Great Mechanic! 8/31/2012

I've been going to Cabena's Auto Care for about 4 years now and the owner, Chuck is a very nice and honest mechanic. His prices are reasonable and the the quality of work is outstanding. Cabena's Auto Care makes going to get your car fixed and maintained a comfortable experience. I would 100% recommend Cabena's Auto Care to people who need a GREAT MECHANIC! more

Cabena's Japanese Auto is the best Japanese mechanic shop in the Cherokee county area. Take your car here. I'm not sure if they even look at non-Japanese cars, but they'd do a great job. Cabena's is a family-run business and is honest, trustworthy, and fairly priced. For a small operation, they still provide shuttle service and a small waiting room with light snacks, TV, and wi-fi. Discounts, coupons, and promotions are not rare either. These people place customer satisfaction as a top priority! more

Great prices. Great work. Great People.\r \r Simply put I am always happy with my experiences at Cabena's.\r \r I don't think I've ever had a pleasurable experience at a Mechanic's. But Cabena's is definitely the closest thing to pleasurable as you can have. I had my Catalytic Converter replaced there. Chuck gave me the best price. He's got years in the business. And he even drove me home while my car was being worked on.\r \r A plus service. more

Earns My Highest Praises 8/17/2012

I highly recommend Cabena's for anyone in the metro area who values superior qualifications and integrity in their Japanese auto mechanic.Took my Prius in for another oil and filter change recently. We drive @10 miles just for the benefit of having these people service and repair. They are worth the drive, in terms of both value and that subject asset of trust. You need to give this shop a try. You won't go anywhere else afterward. more

Fair & affordable 8/14/2012

I've been to Cabena's twice now, and both times I have received great customer service. The staff was prompt, helpful, and prices were very fair. I had them recommended by a couple long-term customers, who both spoke very highly of Cabena's. I took a recently purchased used car there to get an overall inspection and they were thorough and affordable. I also took my other car in when it was making a strange noise. My car pulled the classic move of not making the sound when I took it in. They drove it around to try to get it to make the sound, looked into potential causes, but when it didn't make the sound for them, they let me know and didn't charge me to inspect it. Very satisfied with my experiences at Cabena's. I had them highly recommended by several friends who live in Woodstock as a fair and honest place to take your Honda. Their staff was very helpful, prompt, and professional. I recently took in my '04 Accord when it was making noise from the front wheels. They checked it out and (of course), the sound didn't happen while the car was there. But they drove it around and inspected possible problems. They didn't find any, and didn't charge me for the inspection. The other services I have had done were reasonably priced, but the main thing is that so far, it seems like I've found a good regular place for auto care in Wooodstock/Acworth. more

I was happy when I switched to Cabena's! 8/10/2012

The staff at Cabena's Japanese Auto were able to fix my when no one else was able to figure out what as wrong. A couple of years ago, my 2005 Honda Civic Hybrid occasionally wouldn't start. It worked fine most of the time and when this issue comes up, it's a major pain. \r \r I took my car to a couple different repair shops before taking it to Cabena's. They could not reproduce the problem. The car always started perfectly for them and they guesses about the problem and even recommended expensive repairs. \r \r The staff at Cabena's said they did not guess what the issue was and make a repair before they were sure they had diagnosed the issue correctly. I really appreciated that so much because they did not want me to waste my money! I requested the staff at Cabena's to keep the car until the car finally acted up for them. In a few days the issue came up and they were then able to diagnose it. They made the repair right away it was inexpensive! I picked my car up and it's been running more

Cabena's is a trustworthy, honest, and fast place to get your car fixed. We own an Acura and two Hondas and won't take them anywhere else! Chuck and Nick are so helpful and personable, I feel like family every time I go in! I never could find a reliable mechanic, and always drove away feeling like they may have fixed one problem, but caused another! Not at Cabena's; they offer great service, knowledgeable employees and timely, honest service. My 95 Integra drives better than off the showroom floor. I will never go to anyone else! I was looking at purchasing a used car in Acworth. I found Cabina reviews online and took a chance of using them to inspect the car. They did such a thorough inspection the seller now takes his other cars there and I take my car back for service even though I live in Atlanta. more

Did you hear the one about the guy that paid several hundred dollars at an auto repair shop and drove away with a smile on his face? Well it?s no joke! It?s true.\r That?s what happened to me when I recently picked up my Honda Civic from Cabena?s Japanese Auto Care in Acworth, GA. Happy about spending money you say? Yes and in the last few years I?ve been on a search for an auto repair shop that would not leave me feeling unsettled after I paid my money and drove away. There was always something that just wasn?t right. From the parts that were used to the long list of things they said I ?had? to get done for my car to work. I was frustrated. \r I know parts aren?t cheap and a labor charge is worthy of a good technician so if you have to spend your money why not be satisfied when you do.
