CLW had a responsive staff and guided me through the process with ease. They never made me feel rushed to make a decision and they were top notch on the paperwork end of things. The owner was involved in the project and he made me feel like he cared. I was really impressed with the effort they put in to working around our schedules and minimizing the impact of a remodel. We recently contracted CLW Construction to renovate our 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath coop in Phoenix. This was a complete gut renovation, including wall repair, new hardwood flooring, all new kitchen and both bathrooms. CLW Construction handled everything for us, from initial design work all the way through completion of the project. Very importantly, they worked well with our coop and managing company to make sure all work was done properly and received all appropriate approvals. The results were fantastic, and everyone that comes to our new apartment cannot stop complimenting us on the renovation.
