C A Woods Air Conditioning & Heating

Our house was built and woods heating and air conditioning installed the hvac system. Well, the system would not cool down the house in the summer time. They made several attempts at resoving the problems by changing the plemum chamber and reouting ducts. To no avail. The system would have to run continously for two days before it could cool to 76 degrees. In the summer it sometimes goes to 82 degrees, we have the thermostat set on 78. Just poor performance. The heater on the other hand is suffice. We finally ran out of breath from calling them to fix the concern...... more

The company recently sold to some national company. They told me they're not taking new customers, but I've been using them for 10+ years! Said that a technician would be able to make it out in "3 or 4 days". Excuse me? What kind of service window is that? Stay away from this company! more

Okay, let me start off in saying it gets super hot here in TEXAS during the summer months. So to my dilemia on a hot August day our central air/heater stopped working! It leaked also all over the carpets. I had always seen the commericals for CA Woods that say tell em that Patsy sent ya! So I called them and they were very fast and came to my home same day! I found out the air conditioning unit needed a new part, which to my surprise was not that bad price wise. The price of fixing it was very resonable and the work they did was great! I now have a cold ac & warm heater and so happy about the service they did. The worker was friendly and nice. I could not say enough good things about this company! I would recommend them to family and friends. I would call them if i ever have ac/heater problems again. more
