For an awesome wedding cake, try out Buttercream. I had originally found out about this place at a wedding fair where I got to try out a sample. I knew right away that I was going to get my cake through there. Well I ended up getting a package deal through Embassy Suites that included cake - and thankfully they buy it from Buttercream. They have all sorts of flavors and kinds and selections. Yummy, I am getting hungry thinking about it. more

In planning my upcoming wedding, I scheduled a cake tasting session at www.buttercream.info. I was particularly excited about tasting their cake, as I love buttercream icing and had read good review about this place. I was sorely disappointed. Buttercream Collection DOES NOT USE buttercream icing! They only use a lighter whip-based frosting. It was nothing like I expected. In addition, the samples that they provided for my companion and I were miniscule. There seriously wasn't enough cake for both of us to try each piece! To top it off, their prices are exorbitant. There are many other places in the twin cities to go for cake--please make certain you check out a few other places before giving Buttercream your business! more
