Great time 7/18/2011

a buddy of mine celebrated his birthday last week on the Bustonian. We had such an awesome time and were able to have like 30 people on the bus and it picked us up at his apartment. We brought all our booze on board and got to party to an ipod we supplied on our way into the city. Once we got there the bus driver took us to a few of our favorite bars and waited for us outside for when we were ready to go to the next place. All around a great time and a really awesome idea. more

Best bachelorette party 7/18/2011

One of my best friends had her bachelorette party on the Bustonian. It was by far the best bachelorette party I had ever been to (and I've been to a lot!) The company was so professional and the driver was great. We were able to party on the bus with our own music on the way to the bars and clubs in Boston that we had picked out. It was such a great night and very reasonably priced. A GREAT AND UNIQUE WAY TO CELEBRATE! more

A Party on Wheels!! 7/15/2011

SO MUCH FUN! I booked a party bus with the Bustonian in April for two of my friends' 22nd birthdays. Everyone had such an amazing time and our driver was extremely helpful and nice. They were so quick to accommodate us when we changed the bars we wanted to go to at the last minute and they were able to get us in past the line and for no cover. For around 35-40 bucks a person we got transportation to and from the bars and clubs, a great party on the way and free entry to all the places we wanted to go. Since then I have been on 3 more party buses with the Bustonian and had just as much fun on all of those I recommend the Bustonian to anyone looking for a great way to celebrate any occasion with 31 of your closest friends! more

21 On A Bus! 8/23/2010

It was my 21st birthday so I wanted to celebrate in a BIG way. I've heard really crazy stories about party buses before and I've always wanted to go on one...so I waited until my 21st to get one! No lie, it was so much fun! I couldn't think of a more special way to celebrate. I got a bunch of my girlfriends to come so it was actually pretty cheap. We brought our own alcohol and played our own music, so everything was all us! I've never been on any other party buses before so I don't know about other companies, but the Bustonian was definitely phenomenal! I chose them because they had the best looking buses, but it turns out...they have great service too. I couldn't have asked for more because they got us into the clubs without a problem! Sooooo happy with my 21st! Definitely get on a party bus if you're looking for a good time!!! more

Best way to get around Boston. 8/12/2010

30 of your friends + beers + a stripper pole = a riot. I never thought I would actually go on one of these party buses but don't knock it til you try it. My friend rented a huge bus for his 30th birthday and I didn't want to go at first, but I'm so pumped that I did. It's like having your own personal club with all your friends. You get to control your own music, tell the driver where to go, and do whatever you want. I can't think of a better way to get around Boston, especially if you want to get going early. The bus picked us up around 7 and we went to a couple different bars while still having a blast on the bus. So if you see people around Boston acting like idiots on a bus, don't judge because I was one of them. Crazy stuff goes down when you get on a party bus. more

Bustonian! WOOOOO! 8/4/2010

The Bustonian was AMAZING! Me and my friends had sooo much fun. It was my friend's birthday and we couldn't have picked a better way to get around Boston. We didn't just want to drive out to the clubs and bars so we booked one of the buses instead. Best idea ever! We packed the bus with all the drinks we wanted and it was nonstop partying all night. There's no better way to party in Boston! Get on the Bustonian! more

My Friend Got Married With a Bang 7/12/2010

The Bustonian was probably the best idea I've had in a while. I was given the task of throwing my friend a bachelorette party and I had no idea what to do until a family member recommended a party bus. I called a lot of party bus companies in Boston, but the Bustonian was very helpful right off the bat. Everything was made really easy, including booking the bus itself. They knew what they were talking about and gave me a bus that was right for the size of the party and ocassion. We booked the 80's bus and it was the nicest bus ever (comfortable seats and a stripper pole)! Once we got the drinks started, everyone was having a good time. The driver drove us around and took us to all the places on our itinerary (the Bustonian helped me plan the best bars and clubs to go to). By the end of the night, my friend had such a good time, she thanked me for everything. Little does she know that I barely did any work. I'll gladly take the credit though. So, thanks to the Bustonian for making me look good! WOOOOOO Bustonian! Pros: Great service, all around good time Cons: nothing more

Hands Down, Best Party Bus 6/28/2010

The Bustonian is so sick! I threw my pal a bachelor party recently and I couldn't have asked for a better night. They did most of the planning for me and made sure we got into all the bars. The bus showed up right on time and was wicked nice with hardwood floors and great sound system. We loaded the bus up with a bunch of beers and created a huge bang on the streets, blaring our music and having a great time. There's no better way to go out into Boston than to get a party bus. It was so easy, on my behalf, to plan a good last night for my friend before he tied the knot. At one point, we even invited some ladies on the bus (they put the stripper pole in good use) and the driver had no problem with it. I cannot recommend the Bustonian enough. They were professional and gave us the best service possible. The night was unbelievable and we all had a blast. I don't ever wanna go out without a party bus anymore! Bustonian = GREAT NIGHT! 1/21/2010

Bustonian was GREAT! My friends and I have used the Bustonian five times now and every time got better and better. 80's bus is the besssstttt. The bus driver picked us up right on time ... actually arrived earlier than we asked but was really cool about waiting for us to get everyone ready to go. Two of the times we did pub crawls. Everyone could not wait to get back on the bus. The bus was MUCH better than the bars! And believe it or not there is a strippers pole straight in the middle of the bus! It was hilarious to see some people get on it and other took it wayyyy too serious. All in all you HAVE to try the BUSTONIAN!! Pros: Best Party Bus in Boston Cons: Nothing! more

My girlfriend threw me THE BEST 25th birthday party ever, oh did I mention it was a Surprise Birthday Party, he even invited all my highschool and college friends and some of my family! Pink Party on Wheels - Miss Bustonian 4/17/2009

We rented Miss Bustonian for our daughter's surprise 18th birthday party. The bus is bright pink - her favorite color. I searched for a pink party bus, never expecting to find one, and pleasantly surprised to find this one. The girls had a ball, dancing throughout the ride. Don, the driver was great. He arrived early and followed our plans for a safe night for the girls. He even called when leaving Boston to check in and make sure he had the right number of girls. perfect 21st birthday celebration 11/1/2008

I recently went on the Bustonian for a friends 21st birthday and had an amazing time. It was perfect to be around thirty of my closest friends dancing and drinking and not have anything to worry about. The music was awesome and the driver was extremely friendly and fun. I actually lost my camera on the bus but it was found a few days later and Chris met me at a T stop so I could get it back. The people who work for the company are very accommodating. more

BUSTONIAN ROCKS!! - Returned my lost purse, 2 months missing! 7/16/2008

32 of my friends and I booked the 80's bus for a night on the town. We had an absolute blast.. they showed up 15 early, took us to 3 different bars and we got in with no cover - awesome! The bus was immaculate, pimped out 80's front/back/inside/out and we def rocked the stripper pole. About halfway into the night and mid drunken stupor, I lost my clutch that had my phone, camera, license and cards in it. Couldn't tell if I lost it in the bar or on the bus. The driver helped me search the bus but to no avail. Luckily I cancelled everything and replaced it but I was devasted when I lost it. more

NIGHTMARE! 6/20/2008

I recently was invited to a Bachelorette party for a friend, the Bridesmaids had planned an amazing night which included a night on the town chauffered by the Bustonian. We had cocktails and food before hand and expected the bus at a certain time. The bus showed up 2 HOURS LATE! One of the girls had to call to see where the bus was, no one was even on their way. Apparently the owner never confirmed a driver for the night and they had to scramble to get someone out there. We ended up getting into the city 3 hrs after we intended and the night BLEW! I agree with a previous review, great idea but poor execution. This was just an utter waste of time and money, we all agreed we would have been better off with a limo or driving in ourselves and staying over night in Boston. Oh and lastly the so called ""hookups to the coolest bars"" BS!! Some places still charge cover charges as well! Be leery before booking this bus. Unfortunately they just don't provide the service they advertise. Pros: none that I can think of Cons: didn't show up on time, poor customer service more

The ride truly is the party! 6/18/2008

We recently rented the 80's bustonian for my friends bachelorette party. We had the bus for 6 hours and visited a few top notch hot spots throughout the night. The best part of the night was the sweet dance floor with a stripper pole. I have been laughing for a half hour straight, after looking at the pictures that Gary (the driver) posted on the bustonians myspace. They bring great music and have the hook up at most places around town. Cant wait to hop back on the bus! more

Awesome way to travel to Patriots game! 10/3/2007

Bustonian was great! We had 30 people on a trip to Foxboro for a Pats game. Could not have been easier to arrange and they were very accomodating to anything we needed. We price shopped in the Boston area and Bustonian was far and away the best value. Highly recommended! more

Huge Disappointment! 9/21/2007

We rented the Bustonian for a bachelorette party last weekend and it was a horrible experience. One of the draws to us renting the Bustonian was that they would get us into 3 bars/clubs of our choice. Besides them being a half hour late picking us up, we could only get into one of the bars that we chose because they didn't have the ""hook up"" with these bars that they claimed. We ended up aimlessly driving around the city trying the figure out where we would be able to get in! After spending as much money as we did to rent this bus to have a great night out on the town, we were severely disappointed! Pros: At least I was with my friends and we thankfully have the ability to have fun anywhere Cons: EVERYTHING ELSE! more

What a Nightmare... 9/21/2007

My friends and I rented the Bustonian or a Bachelorette recently and were completely unsatisfied with the service. The bus picked us up 1/2 hour late, gave conflicting information on admission to bars and clubs (as in they said we were all set for places and found out at the door that we weren't...and worse yet had to pay more to get in!!!!). The customer service, or lack their of, would't even work with us to resolve the issues or refund us some of our money. Bottom line. Ladies you are better off calling into clubs yourself and renting a sweet limo for the night! Pros: A fun idea... Cons: a poor execution.... more

We were very upset when we were ready and waiting in the cold for the Bustonian and they didn't show up. We scheduled a 3-hour tour for 30 co-workers and they called late that they weren't coming!
