Complete Car Care Center, Inc.

My car wouldn't start, so we called around trying to decide where to take it. Unfortunately we didn't read reviews first, and settled on this place. We asked them how much it would cost for us to have the car towed to them, and for them to give us an estimate- and they replied that it would cost $55. We agreed, and had the car towed. They said that we needed a starter and new battery, and that it would cost $500! They justified the cost by saying that the starter alone is $250, but I researched online and found that O'reilly has starters for my car priced at $85. I also suspect that I don't actually need a new battery, since it has never given me problems, and apparently these people have a knack for exaggerating repairs. So we declined their estimate, and went to go pick up my car. We were charged the expected $55, PLUS a surprise $80 labor fee that we never agreed to. When my husband asked about it, they did not apologize or admit that they forgot to warn us about the charge. The man got extremely defensive and basically accused my husband of lying. It was a horrible experience, and I would definitely not recommend anyone to this shop. more

I have been having some problems with my car and since I have seen several commercials for Freddie Kish's Complete Car Care Center on the television, I decided to give them a try. The people that worked on my car were very nice and explained everything that they were going to do on my car before they actually started working on it. I have not had any problems ever since but the one thing that I would complain about is the prices. They seemed to be a little high in price but I guess you get what you pay for. more

Their service was a expensive lesson well learned. The staff who worked the front office were very nice but it need not mean anything if my car would not get fixed. They should replace their company name from "COMPLETE" to "INCOMPLETE". I would have problems after a month or two and it was a real pain staking to go back to get the car temporally fixed. I did not know why this autoshop company would tell me they fixed the problem but when truly it would give me trouble later on. I stopped going until my neighbor recommended going to another place. Which I am very happy with their services and I have not had any problems thus so far. more
