The Purple Cow is one of the most universally appealing restaurants around with great food and a fun atmosphere to delight all ages. If you want a great Milk Shake visit the Purple Cow Diner, They use fresh top grade ice cream and fresh fruit. They will let you add any fresh fruit to your milkshake and it tastes great! I've never found a better milk shake than the Purple Cow Diner. They also have a great selection of dinners, lunch items and snacks. If you haven't visited the Purple Cow, be sure to check them out. The Purple Cow maintains a demi-diner motif, replete with cardboard cut-outs of famous '50s icons. The burgers and milkshakes are their signature items and are top notch, but the salads and plate lunches are also tasty as well. The brunch selection is so-so. It's a little greasy and the menu is a little uninspiring. Purple Cow also serves beer and bloody marys- which makes it the perfect place for casual dining. more

The Purple Cow is a take back to the 1950's and 1960's and diner type of restaurant that offers a small menu, but AWESOME ice cream treats!!!!!!!! The vanilla PURPLE shake is a favorite with kids, tastes like vanilla, but it is Purple!! It will turn your tongue purple, so avoid if your going back to work after lunch! The Ice-cream treats are so big and so good with lots of FRESH toppings, like fresh fruit and nuts !! The prices are extremely reasonable for the amount of food you get!! You get 2 shakes for the price of one! They bring your shake in a glass, then bring you the metal container with the remaining shake from blending it, it 2/3 fulls so you are getting almost 24+ ounces of a shake for less than $3.50! The Purple Cow has 2 locations in Little Rock, they are open for Lunch till late night! The restaurants are SMALL so go early to avoid the usual waits, but the wait is sooo worth it! more
