I was so glad i called this company to handle wedding setup. Owner was very responsive, flexible and accomodating. On the day of the event, she made sure every detail was executed as discussed. Amazing service, quick response, and most of all the company delivered on its promises. I would recommed this company for brides looking to have a beautiful wedding. Nutrend handled the wall drapings, center pieces, table setup, outside ceremony setup; all in all the company made the event fabulous!!! more

Good: Absolutely nothing. Bad: Service; quality; the worst customer service I have every experienced with any vendor.. Improvements: The owners should learn how to deal with customers in a more professional manner, without trying to blame the customer for their own mistakes. The owners did not provide the services that were promised. Instead, they told me that I, being the bride, should not worry about the setup for the wedding, "it's just a wedding" were the exact words. They told me that everything would be done the way I wanted, and when it wasn't, they tried to turn it around and blame it on me.. Other: I have never dealt with such unprofessional people. They don't believe in customer satisfaction in the least bit. When I was talking to the owner about what wasn't done correctly thorughout my wedding, instead of being remorseful, she told me, "you have been a pain from the beginning. I don't know why you came to do business with me. It's just a wedding and you should have trusted us to do what we thought looked good, but you didn't trust us." So, they will do what they like, not what the customer likes.. more

I was looking for somebody to decorate my brother's wedding when I saw Nu Trend Party Rentals. I called them immediately and asked for prices. The prices were so reasonable and the service was so friendly I immediately drove there and rented the items. The day of his wedding finally came and they were there right on time. I left for 2 hours and when i returned the hall was SPECTACULAR! I am so impressed with Nu Trend that I look forward to doing business with them in the future. more
