Good: Absolutely nothing. Bad: Service; quality; the worst customer service I have every experienced with any vendor.. Improvements: The owners should learn how to deal with customers in a more professional manner, without trying to blame the customer for their own mistakes. The owners did not provide the services that were promised. Instead, they told me that I, being the bride, should not worry about the setup for the wedding, "it's just a wedding" were the exact words. They told me that everything would be done the way I wanted, and when it wasn't, they tried to turn it around and blame it on me.. Other: I have never dealt with such unprofessional people. They don't believe in customer satisfaction in the least bit. When I was talking to the owner about what wasn't done correctly thorughout my wedding, instead of being remorseful, she told me, "you have been a pain from the beginning. I don't know why you came to do business with me. It's just a wedding and you should have trusted us to do what we thought looked good, but you didn't trust us." So, they will do what they like, not what the customer likes..
