Avoid this place 8/24/2006

I went there in spite of being warned about the service. I was told it would take "about 15 minutes" to be waited on. They have a video display showing the names of the people in line and I was #11. After 15 minutes, I had advanced to #8. That means they were waiting on one customer every five minutes - so I had about 40 more minutes to wait. I took the only action I could to protest - I left and took my business elsewhere. Try it. more

Sprint is a pain to deal with 4/15/2006

Sprint officially has terrible customer service. Twice I have tried to call them and been put on hold over an hour, and I finally gave up and hung up. Also, we tried to change the name on my phone, and paid to do so, and they have yet to actually change it. If your cell phone provider is good now, I recommend not switching to Spring. more

longest lines 6/15/2005

I don't care to come to this store for any of my cell phone needs due to the fact of the long lines. Everytime I come to this location, the lines are super long, with only 1-3 people working to counters when you can see other in the back that could clearly, and should open another counter to speed things up. more
