Trim the shows! 3/6/2009

Love the venue, love the performers. HOWEVER....Guthrie plays are too long. In the theater world, what is the equivalent of an editor? I don't know, and neither does the Guthrie. 3 hours is too long, even interminable, for a performance. more

Fabulous Local Theatre 7/28/2005

You can always count on a good performance at the Guthrie. We have enjoyed having season tickets and recommend any performance there. If you have not seen The Christmas Carol there, you are missing something. Tickets are a bit expensive, but they often have tickets available in a rush line just before performances. There is hardly a bad seat in the house. more
