Tender beginnings and Beyond is a new resource center were adults have many choices of fitness and educational classes available each day. Adults can enjoy a relaxing yoga and full body stretches with hot new pilates or full work out with Tang Soo Do karate. Educational classes include pre natal and post natal fitness, hypnobirthing, first aid & cpr, parent and prenatal workshops. For babies and toddlers there's infant massage, yoga, baby and child sign language. Memberships are very affordable several different class times weekly and daily to fit your schedule. A nice place to relax with your child and take a class together.
