Riverdale 10 Theaters

DO NOT GO! We went yesterday and they sold us full-price tickets to a theater that had no air conditioning. The thermostat was reading above 80 in the theater. We complained and they told us they would send someone to check on it, which they never did. After the movie we talked to the people at the counter that point blank advised the air didn't work. The so-called ""manager"" stated that the girl was supposed to tell us before they sold the tickets, but since we had stayed for the entire movie - we were not able to get a refund. Now they are running interference and will not let us talk to the General Manager about the problem. The screen had a problem and the sound was bad, too. The biggest problem is poor management and bad attitudes. Never again. more

Wretched. Invasive bag searches. Insanely loud air conditioner. Pathetic sound that only goes up to 50%. Save your money or go elsewhere. more

Service is good and parking lot is well lit... you should also find no problem finding a parking spot. more

I find this theater to be clean and the staff friendly over and over. And there are no hassles with parking and the lot is well lit. The selections of movies are always a good variety for all ages. Oh and of course, the popcorn is fresh. Pros: Good parking, Good rates more
