A next door neighbor had this firm roof their house - we had problems with the landlord and tenants of this house and, therefore, did not want the roofing firm on our property due to previous damage done to our nice fence and property. We had sent a letter to this roofer prior to the job being started and also a letter to the landlord that they did not have permission to come onto our property - by the way, they never asked for permission to begin with. If they would have asked for permission and shown us proof of insurance and bonding, we would have considered. Instead we did have some damage and had to pick up a lot of debris and were harassed by the landlord, tenants and the roofer's workers. We had to call the police. The harassment hasn't stopped either -it appears this same roofer has hoodwinked another neighbor on the other side of us to reroof his house and we will definitely have damage done to our siding and windows as the homes are close together. We take great pride in our home and are not liars - both of these statements can be proven and yet we have had to endure nonsense from this roofer's workers. We never did anything to them and our initial letter to the owner of this roofing firm indicated that we had nothing against them and explained why we had to take the measures that we did. Please do not consider this roofer because if he is not courteous enough to work with people and promotes harassment, he really doesn't care about his business reputation.
