My Grandpa, dad and brother have been going here for years. I figured if this place has been around this long they are probably a good place to go. I was right! I took advantage of the free pick up and delivery for February. My mower is all ready for spring and summer if Mother Nature ever decides to give up winter this year! more

Great place for women to shop 11/5/2010

I bought my first lawn mower here over 13 years agio and have had it serviced when necessary without a problem. Being an older women without a lot of knowledge about machinery the employees are always helpful with my dumb questions. I just purchased a snow thrower and needed one that would always start for me. The salesman was very helpful with his explanations of how the thing would work and took the time to show me what to do. I will return to this shop for any repairs, service or purchase of additional equipment because of the great service I have always received. They also have good popcorn. more

Medingers is a great Place 11/5/2010

Medingers went out of their way to help me. MTD warranty denied my repair of my snow blower and Medinger's went to bat for me and got my repair covered under warranty. They don't even sell MTD but they do repairs, so really there was nothing in it for them. Sure they are always busy but thats because they are good. I will be back! more

MEDINGERS RIPPED ME OFF 4/6/2010

THEY TOLD ME I WOULD NEVER GET MY MOWER BACK EVER AGAIN IF I DIDNT PAY THIS.... Pros: THEY WERE QUICK WITH TAKING MY EQUIPTMENT Cons: THEY MADE ME PAY MORE THAN THE ESTIMATE BY $100 more

Great Service 12/17/2009

I have been going here for years. They repair everything and carry alot of parts. If you wait to long to bring in a repair when it snows, you can expect a wait. I called around and all the shops had a wait. I now bring my snow blower in early and have had no problems. The problem is these big box stores sell this off brand stuff and they don't repair it. Not to many repair shops left. Pros: great service, many parts :) more

Not sure what happened here. Their service has really slipped of late. What's more is they don't seem to care. Any date provided as to when the work will be completed will be inaccurate. Be assured it will be longer. They could also use a little training on their people skills - rather short and rough with the personalities befitting gravel. Don't bother asking questions.... it is an inconvenience for them.... at least that is the impression one is left with. Pros: They repair engines Cons: Promises for repair times should be discounted. more

Excellent products / Service 2/26/2009

I have had nothing but positive experiences at medingers. I have purchaed an Echo trimmer, Husky 372xp saw (phenomenal), and a Husky blower. I have medingers perform seasonal maintainence on all items every year and they all run great. I have had the 372xp over 10 years with out a problem. The service guys know their stuff and speak plainly, to the novice equipment buyer, this may seem rude. They service equipment purchased at their store first, if you got it at big box depot, you will wait, but they fix it right. Great local store! Medinger's should be avoided. 1/8/2009

Avoid this place. The owner and employees are rude. They disregard the fact that individual items are under warranty, choosing instead to cater to businesses. Promises of time for repair are not even close to accurate. Expect to be treated poorly and disrespectfully, and expect to get the runaround when you call them on it. Cons: Customer service is rude. Promises made are not kept. more
