I had a horrific experience. To make a long story short, I am a rather timid 79 year old woman. I was trying this shop for the first time and my assistant had driven me quite a ways to get there because she'd seen it in her neighborhood and we were going to other spots for a ""day of beauty."" Thank god the pedicure/manicure was last because after a great day the pedicurist cut my toe to the point of bleeding and neither apologized nor was any compensation offered. I mentioned it but it was sluffed off and she actually had tried to simply put something on it quickly to avoid my seeing it. I did not disclose it nor complain further until I was in the car with my assistant, who takes care of all such business concerns, but we were well on our way home. She went in for me later and asked discreetly to talk to the male manager outside. She informed him and asked for a refund. He refused to and said I would have to come back in person with my credit card. I did so and was told that the owner said he had to take a picture, he made me take off my shoes and socks and thank goodness since this was weeks later it was still visible. He had write the complaint on a piece of paper and sign it. Then even though he clearly remembered me and had us stand at the front waiting for him for over 15 minutes; I have problems with standing and all this pressure and the taking off of my shoes and such, he had no consideration for my age. He then said because I had no receipt he would not return any money, I WOULD HAVE TO COME BACK A THIRD TIME WITH IT AND THEN THE MONEY WOULD BE RETURNED. So, I went home and found the credit card state with it clearly on there and called to approve that my assistant would come in with proof and my credit card for the refund and then I was told there would be none given, it was against their policy now that it was weeks later. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!!! Bad service, bad attitude, bad treatment and bad business!!
