NOT. GOOD. 2/7/2012

I really was unhappy with that place. I called before hand to get a price quote, barely spoke english. Didn't understand me at all. Gave me a totally wrong price. So i went in, got white tips, she charged me for solar which i didnt get so I ended up paying 7 bucks extra simply because she wouldnt have understood me if I had tried to argue with her. She also filed my nails done way too short so my nails were literally in throbbing pain until the next day. She even made my cuticles bleed. She was very rough overall with my nails. Though my nails look great, they were not worth the cost or the pain. Save yourself, go somewhere else where they speak english. more

My Favorite Place to Go! 1/13/2010

The ladies were very nice. They helped me pick out a color and the result was magnificent. The pedicure lasted three weeks and my heels are STILL soft! I prefer it to any other place, and it is reasonably priced. Honestly, if you go somewhere when it is busy, you'll always have to wait. This place is convenient for college students who do not have the luxury of the car, and it is affordable. Pros: speedy, helpful, great product more

Don't go there! 11/10/2009

This is the salon closest to campus, but it's not worth the time you save. The women who work there know no English and are very rude. I've tried every nail worker there, and I will only use LyLy (the owner). The rest break your nails during a manicure, or hurt you and pretend like nothing happened! They do a poor job and obviously are speaking badly about you to the other workers. After the worst manicure of my life and 3 broken nails later, I still tipped the lady $1. She said, ""That all?!"" and got very angry. Even though the owner is nice, I won't be going back. more

Go elsewhere 7/1/2009

First of all, since this is the closest nail salon near the UT campus, it is busy. I was a walk-in and waited an hour. Secondly, my French manicure chipped the day I got it. They were nice about fixing that nail, but I would have rather avoided the inconvenience. It was the cheapest manicure I've had, but you get what you pay for. Pros: cheap Cons: long wait more

Run!!!! 6/2/2008

I went here yesterday for a pedicure and eyebrow wax. After a wait of 20 minutes without any one bothering to say anything at all to me, I was seated in the spa chair. I noticed that it has not been cleaned after using it on the previous customer. I demanded to be cleaned first, but no one there spoke English. So I pointed to the next chair and sat there. Go somewhere else! 2/11/2007

They're nice people, I'll give them that. But they have no clue of what they're doing. I went there yesterday for a pedicure and eyebrow wax. First, the lady cut my toe, and not just a little clip, I was literally gusing red into the foot soak pool, and she she just acted like it was normal and proceeded to clip away. more
