I happily recommend Dr. Wallace to everyone. I am an extremely difficult patient, with high anxiety, nervousness, even panick attacks, at the sound and sensation of drilling. Dr. Wallace did two well-fitted crowns and a cavity filling for me with patience and careful attention. I have always found her to a friendly and dedicated professional. I have a great smile today because of her excellent dental services. Pros: excellent pain management, great dental work, respected professional Cons: Location initially hard to find more

""Dr."" Joni Wallace DDS 4/30/2007

Do NOT go the Dr. Joni Wallace. She only had a little nitrous left and ""attempted"" to convice me; a person with major anxiety issues; that nitrous wouldn't be neccessary on a double route canal. Her billing process was incorrect, not listed properly on the bill, and just plain messy. Unprofessional services, in and out of the dental chair. Sloppy billing, communication, and HORRIBLE customer skills. I do NOT reccomend Dr. Joni Wallace to anyone. Pros: The receptionist that had left during my appointments; now gone from the office. So it was a PRO. Cons: Everything; communication and billing tactics especially. No sympathy or understanding at all. more
