Don't waste your money or time with these guys. It is no wonder their jobs are becoming obsolete, and their stores are shutting down. If this store and it's current management and staff are supposed to be some shinning example of this company's customer service then they are in real trouble. These bozos aren't worth the gas it takes to get there.
Save your money, and either buy directly over the internet with fry's, or new egg or best buy. I spent $3,000.00 with them and not only could they not find me in their system, but once they did find my info they were rude, and unprofessional, going right up to the store manager. Complete lack of character. They don't return phone calls when they say they will, aren't honest about the products they are selling, or the warranties involved. They built my pc there again $3,000.00 didn't even include a screen, or keyboard, then sold me a warranty and told me they would service it @ their store location. When time came to service it they black balled, belittled, and avoided me until I came to the store at which point they said it wasn't their problem and i needed to contact a separate subcontract warranty group and handle it myself by snail mail??? WTF ? Why didn't they say that when I was buying from them, or when I called ahead of time? So I could go hangout with a bunch of underage ignoramuses instead of chilling @ my beach house? Yeah that was really fun guys.
That's not what they said when they were selling me on their in house extended warranty program. What a scam. When you buy an extended warranty from best buy for example you take your item back to best buy, and they take care of it. In short this store has poor selection, Bad Parking due to overpopulated shopping center, Multiple complaints of cars getting broken into and stolen from their lot, rude computer repair guys, and their sales associates don't know their products.... Waste of time straight up.
