Awful service! I've been trying to cancel my contract for months! Even after I spoke to 'Customer Service' (it can take weeks to get a call back, if you get one at all) my card is still being charged! Now I can't get a call back! I would never recommend! more

I am very frustrated and disgusted with Soiel Tans... worst customer service ever. I recently used the GROUPON and purchase airbrush tanning package, which is by appointment only (only for groupon customer) but they refuse to give you one. 5 phone calls and a series of lies they told me to get a refund from groupon. I came there without an appointment, 20 min drive from my house they told me come over, because they didn't know I had groupon deal . When they found out that i had groupon package they started arguing being very nasty to me with no reason and try to find any way not to give me an appt.. ""GREAT DEALS"" BIG SCAMS . They r just using your money and then telling you to get a refund from groupon.""GREAT DEALS"" BIG SCAMS .Is it even legal, I dodn't think so... more

I was on facebook and found their salon, and just for becoming a fan, I got $10 in free tanning without even stepping foot in the salon! When I paid them a visit, the girl showed me each and every bed and explained the difference. I have fair skin and she explained the best way to achieve a tan. Other salons never took the time and I always burned. She know about every lotion on the shelf and took her time making sure I got the best package! I would highly recommend this salon to everyone!\r I posted this same post for their sayerville location because with their services, you can tan at ANY of the locations for no extra charge!!\r \r more

DO NOT TAN HERE!!! I HAVE BEEN TANNING FOR OVER TEN YEARS AND THIS IS THE WORST WORST SALON I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO!!! The customer service is terrible! It consists of people who never returns calls or e-mails! The phone has never been answered anytime I have called. The service from people at the salon is HORRIBLE when you have a problem. They want their cancellation in writing and when sent a different way (in wirting) they do not accept it and keep charging you a monthly fee! The charged me for months after I had cancelled! GO SOMEWHERE YOU MONEY IS APPRECIATED!!! I also know of three other people who experienced the same problems ... they have figured out a good way to scam you out of your money! more

Hello Everybody!!! after reading the bad reviews,I feel obligated to write about This great tanning salons, I have been going there for more than 2 and a half years and I have had nothing but the best of experiences. the salon is always extremely clean ,the service is great ,The girls are very well train they can answer any questions that you might have,the tanning beds are awesome ,I love the color that I get all the time and I am a VIP Member and Im so glad I am cause it the best way to go ,there are always specials going on you can alternate beds as much as you want ,you can tan in all their locations and you get great discounts ,I think I have met one of the owners more than once and they were very helpful and extremely cordial and once that I had to travel I just called to froze my account and I didnt have to pay for that month and they never gave me problems, with all these said from me a customer that its been going there for a long time dont beleive those bad reviews, SOLEIL TANS is one of the best if not THE BEST tanning salon in central jersey,and I can assure you that cause i always lived in this area and I know all of them and this one is the Best!! AS AN EX EMPLOYEE I CAN BACK UP THE COMMENTS AND SAY THEY ARE THE WORST. THEY DO SCAM YOU.. YOU REALLY DONT EVEN HAVE TO WRITE A LETTER TO CANCEL. I'VE SEEN IT FIRST HAND ALL THE LAZY OWNER NEEDS TO DO IS WITH THE CLICK OF A BUTTON CANCEL THE MEMBERSHIPS BUT BECAUSE HE ISNT GETTING THE REVENUE THAT HE NEEDS HE MAKES SURE HE LOCKS U IN FOR ATLEAST ANOTHER MONTH OR TWO. I was tanning and one of the rude employees qyeefed in my face! And then someones bushh set on fire after the lights were seton too high of a level by one of the employees more

I highly recomend soleil tans, i became a member and Im very happy with the experience ,the staff is very friendly,the salon is always very clean ,the beds are the best and the prices are really good!! more

Please do yourself a favor and do not waste your money or fall into thier ""scam"" VIP membership. You end up spending way more money with that then if you just went tanning regularly, They just have the membership to get you in, trust me! And most of thier locations are pretty dirty anyway. Then if you try to cancel your membership they will still charge you two months after you cancel!!! Its horrible and thier staff is extremely rude, especially the customer serive line. DO NOT FALL FOR THE MEMBERSHIP SCAM!! Pros: nothing Cons: take your money, horrible customer service! more
