I went in to meet for a consultation and all went well at first. The florist I met with was very pushy and wasn't really understanding my direction. I wish I would have brought someone with who would help me speak up. After the consultation was done, her direct word were 'All i need from you today is $200 and I will get your proposal to you tom"". Unfortunately I paid the amount and the next day was given a ridiculous bid. Even after crunching my own numbers knew this florist shop could do my wedding on my budget but I would get little to nothing. I took my OWN ideas to anther florist who gave me everything I asked for and more for half the price. When I asked for my money back, which I NEVER signed a contract and was never told it was refundable received the worst customer service from Rod or Rob who was rude and on the phone and couldn't present anything to back himself up. Go with Sadie's Floral and save yourself the trip and the $200. more

Old Flowers? 9/9/2008

I was not pleased with Indulge and Bloom when the flowers that I had purchased died prematurely. I wrote a negative review because I never recieved a call from the manager as promised. Well, that has changed. The owner, as a result of the poor review, researched the situation and through great effort located me. Based upon our conversation, I am convinced that he is dedicated to a good product and customer experience. I feel that my concerns have been addressed. Worst service I've ever encountered 4/17/2008

I don't know if it is because I didn't have much to spend, but I could not get anyone to return my calls or give me a straight answer when it came to price. One person told me that the delivery fee could be waived, another said that it couldn't (""company policy""). I waited for a week for the first person to return my call. Then she was going to do some checking and just never called back. I finally got through to another person and he was rude and kept me on hold forever. I'm a nice person, but I didn't have a lot of money to spend. That is the only reason I can think of that they would have treated me so horribly.\r \r I will never, never use them. I will go to someone else, ANYONE else. Cons: the WORST customer service I've ever encountered more

WOW! The staff was amazingly friendly. I screwed up! It was my anniversary. I forgot. I stopped in the store at about 3:30 in the afternoon, I was in a rush and noticed the staff was busy with other customers. I was acknowledged by the staff and they would be right with me. As soon as they finished with the customer before me, I was immediately helped. I told them I forgot it was my anniversary and if there was anyway to have flowers delivered yet today. Keep in mind that it is 3:30 in the afternoon. The gentleman helping me said that it would not be a problem. He called the courier service while I was standing right there to get the ball rolling. I wanted to send my wife something very special. I picked a few gifts and a floral arrangement that was beautifully designed in colorful hand blown vase. I paid for the gifts, flowers and delivery and I was on my way. The attention to detail was amazing and the fact that it was not going to seem like I forgot my anniversary because of there customer service wowed me.\r \r WOW again! One hour after I walked out from Indulge & Bloom I recieved a call from my wife. Honey! The flowers were the best I have ever seen! I love my gifts and thank you for remembering our anniversary.\r \r The flowers lasted almost 2 weeks. I have bought flowers from other places before and they have died with in days. This shop not only won my business, but everyone that needs flowers I refer them to Indulge & Bloom. Pros: Great Service, Great Product, Great Staff more

The Very best flowers ever. I needed a unique arrangement for my mom for Xmas. I was given the most incredible arrangement I have ever seen. Beautiful exotic and got rave reviews from the 50 people at the Xmas party. This is the place to go! They are the best! more

As a retail establishment in Wayzata we are a corporate acct. There is not a day that goes by that people comment on our wonderful arrangements that indulge and bloom does for us!
