I have all my service done at the dealership. I know, people say you spend more at the dealership....but I say, with this you get what you pay for. Honesty. Something you can not buy.
One draw back....NO PRO SHOP! What is up with that? There is one at the Cadillac shop next door. Are the Saturn customers not worthy? And I think if you get more than $500 in repairs....free golf balls!
PROS: Friendly staff, honest.
CONS: I can not recommend Carrollwood Saturn (same owners).
