First good Vet in Tallahassee I have found.... 4/9/2018

I never realized what a difference a good vet can make in the quality of our dog's life. Dr. Donofro uses supplements and has knowledge of great new medical treatments. For instance there is a monthly shot for dermatitis.... NO MORE NONSTOP ITCHING ALL SUMMER LONG. AMAZING!!! Also his bonded mate died recently and her recommendation of doggie Sam-e made all the difference in the world for his depression. I honestly thought he was going to die of grief. Now this is a Vet who knows her stuff!!!!! more

My dog was given medication without my knowledge and consent. 4/29/2015

I brought my medical service dog to Los Robles Animal Hospital for grooming as I have been doing for the past six months. On two occasions, one in March and one in April, 2015 my dog was given medication without my knowledge or consent. I was subsequently charged for this medication that I did not consent to. When this was brought to the attention of the veterinarian/owner Melanie Donofro she said that it was her hospital and she could do what she wanted. She said that she did not want my business and that I should leave immediately or she would call the police. I put the service vest back on my dog and left. more

Awesome vet 10/16/2013

Great vet and great staff. My dog LOVES going to the vet. Everyone is friendly and helpful. They treat my dog like a princess (which she thinks she is). I wish they treated people cause I would be a patient. more

Gentle veterinarian for all stages of a pet's life. 11/11/2009

My son's father gave him a puppy pit bull for Christmas last year. The puppy was involved in a fight a couple of months ago. He was not hurt very bad but this is our first time having a pet, therefore I decided to play it safe and have her checked out by a vet. Dr. Melanie Donofro is very kind and caring with the animals she cares for. Our Pit needed a couple of stitches and a lot of tender loving care. I do recommend this vet. more

great people 10/8/2008

My puppy went through kidney failure at three and a half months old. Dr. Melanie and Dr. Molly and the staff at Los Robles were wonderful. They were excellent with the things that they tried to try to save her. When we finally had to put her down it seemed like it hurt them as much as it did me. I would recommended this vet to everyone. I've recommended them to a few people who used them and love them as much as i do. They made me feel like my dog wasn't just a dog but a part of the family. Great vet I recommend 100%. more

Great grooming service 9/7/2005

We love the groomers at Los Robles. Our dogs always come back happy and clean. They do a great job. The only negative part of them getting groomed at los Robles is that they expect the Bordatello shot every 6 months instead of every year so every time we go in, one of the two dogs needs a shot. PROS: friendly service CONS: bordatello required every 6 months instead of year more

Great service 9/1/2005

The vets and vet techs there are great with my dog. I felt like they really cared about my dogs health. They stayed late one day to talk to me about dog's limp and what I could to to help alleviate the pain. Gave great suggestions including non invasive therapy and herbal remedies. more
