We were having problems with a Bosch dishwasher and called Leo's to take a look at it. When the repair person arrived he told us that there was no warranty and that he needed to order a part. We told him we wanted the repair performed. Weeks passed and we never heard from Leo's again, to the point we called another repair service, High Tech Appliance. High Tech came out and promptly repaired the dishwasher and low and behold the repair was indeed covered by the manufacturers warranty. \r

Weeks after High Tech performed the repair we received an invoice from Leo, claiming that they called but could not leave a message. We have Qwest voicemail, had it for years, which is totally reliable, so I doubt old Leo ever called. Additionally, Leo's is trying to charge for parts that are covered by a manufacturers warranty. I subsequently called Leo's , expressing my displeasure at their disappearance and the problems created by not having a working dishwasher in a house full of boys (we have three sons and the dishes were a royal pain to hand wash) explained to Leo that High Tech performed the repair and that the repair was under warranty. I questioned them on how an authorized service provider, like Leo, could fail to identify a warranted repair. They now are trying to extort money from us and I filed a complaint with the a local business agency.
