Pacifica Nursing & Rehab Ctr

I was really satisfied with Pacifica Nursing and Rehab Center for my mother's stay back in July of 2010. The staffs welcomed us with open arms and kindness. The rooms are always kept clean. The bathroom did not smell like some other hospitals or nursing homes that I have visited in the past. The nursing staffs are great to my mother even though they do not speak the same language. My mother stayed there for almost 2 months after her back surgery. My mother only speaks Cantonese - Chinese, I really would like to thank all the Chinese staffs, esp. the Chinese Physical Therapy Staffs (Kit, Helen and Ryan) who helped my mother through out the whole stay. They were very nice and helpful when my mom was in a strange place after her back surgery. I would recommend this facility to anyone in the bay area even though I am from Denver, Colorado. more

What can I say? My mother is in her second stay at PNRC and is thriving. We had her in another facility previously, (Tunnel... just check the Yelp comments and draw your own conclusions) and she wound up back at the ER after their ""care"". Beware!!! Do not let you loved ones go there! Her care at Pacifica is proffessional, warm, caring and upbeat. The facility is immaculate. I have nothing but raves to say about her Physical Therapist, Greg, Occupational Therapists: Rhonda and Susan, Administrators: Jacob, Beth, Philipina and other staff: Ruby, Arthur,Arlene, Mary, Rosa, Noe, Nary, Florinda. Why do I know all their names? The place is so caring and and the staff, so personal it feels like coming home- but also like a nice hotel. When she arrived there was a gift basket awaiting her! more

I agree with the other review, except for one thing, ALL levels off staff were top notch and caring. From the administrators to the nurses and therapists. Thank you for the great care and getting me home! There isn't a better place to go more
