I walked in the door on a cold rainy day and was also greeted with a smile and was amazed that my first impression was that they knew who I was and it seemed like they were already expecting me. I was immediately offered a cup of warm coffee and/or water. I was helped right away and they made me feel good about the coverage I had on my auto. They answered every question I had and as I walked out the door, everybody said bye to me. It made me feel like I was HOME:) Keith and his staff are amazing and I can honestly say ""I don't see myself with no other insurance rather than my good neighbor, Keith"". more

Very Impressed! 1/17/2011

So great! I never gave much thought to insurance before stepping into Keith's agency. The staff is so infomative and welcoming! They made me feel so special. Best of all...it was so much more affordable than what I was paying before! Who would have thought? more

pleasantly surprised. 1/16/2011

I walked in the door, was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. I was immediately offered a drink of water. I always thought I knew all about insurance and had ""full coverage""... these people took the time to explain exactly what I had with geico, and it was anything but ""full"". Not only that, the price was actually lower. I always thought state farm was the expensive insurance company. Less money and an agent... pretty good. more
