I had a horrific experience with the Geek Squad (the first of poor geek squad experiences in the Miami are). It was a complete and total nightmare. I took my computer in to have it examined and fixed, they promised me it was (after I paid an incredulous amount of money) only to get it home and discover it was still having trouble. How can you assure your customer you fixed a problem if you didnt? I'm astounded they have customers coming back. I called the manager of the store and assured him Id be taking my business elsewhere - with no apology or anything on behalf of them. With various additional outrageous Geek Squad experiences under my belt I finally gave up on them all together. After reading reviews online I was comforted to find I wasnt the only one with to experience such poor customer service by this company. I found a company called Secure Remote Support and decided to give them a try. They were curteous and understanding of my frustration resulting from my dilemma. The technicians at Secure Remote Support had my computer up and running in one day - with the guarantee of my money back if my machine wasnt fixed to my expectations.
