Come on ladies! I have been to this location several times, customer service has never blown me away but it passed. However, when someone is calling to set up an appointment for a massage, relaxation is probably on their mind. How many times can you possible ask someone to hold on?!? How difficult can it be to set up an appointment on a returning customer? I understand maybe the person is in training but the second person (who sounds like they have a better understanding of the system), 'can you hold please.' After the 4th time, I have had enough at your lack of customer service or knowledge about your job. I will take my business (money) elsewhere.
