Worst Experience Ever! 12/9/2010

I came in for a bridge replacement and it took over a dozen appointments for them to produce a final product. Bridge was constantly inadequate, didn't fit, had defects. Not to mention, Dr. Abdo Adbo (my son calls him Apoo Apoo) tried to cement a bridge that was cracked/chipped. Apparently by his standards, this was acceptable. The final product they produced is still inadequate, meaning, my gums are now getting infected because food is creeping in between the gums and bridge. BBB is next and lawsuit is to follow, unless of course they settle. Let the games begin!! \r I do not recommend this business to anyone!! more

Awful dentist and would never recommend this Dentist!Total substandard treatment! The other dentists seem to be OK. They need to replace Jesus Ramirez! Stay away from that guy! more

They drop the ball on patients! 5/17/2007

My daughter has her orthodonic work done there, she had a problem with a band breaking and they wouldn't even take the time to fix it. FINALLY made an appt to get the band replaced only to arrive (after taking my daughter out of school) and find that the ortho dept was out for lunch at the time the office set the appt. Oh sure they offer nothing but apologies but apologies don't fix my daughters teeth. Now she will have to wait to have it repaired at her next appt (4 WEEKS AWAY). Unacceptable service, I am in the process to change orthodontists. Don't chance it with your ortho work. more
