On my recommendation to get his tires at Dobbs my 80 year old father has had to return several times to due to balance issues. My father is a retired GM employee and he has never had to return to a tire place so many times due to poor service. My father is a very nice guy who doesn't like to rock the boat so this last time that we returned his vehicle due to balance I spoke with the manager "Pat". I expressed strongly without swearing that the vehicle needs to be fixed or we are going to the BBB and the attorney general. His response to me "The squeaky wheel doesn't always get the grease." That pretty much tells me he's not interested in resolving any issues with an upset customer. I could understand his response had it been the first time that the vehicle was brought to them but this was the 4th time. Needless to say that I will not be back as a customer myself and will be passing on my experience with "Pat." It just goes to show that some companies don't care because they know they'l more

dobbs is a good deal when it comes to the fixed for life. but i feel that they are pricey on most. if you are looking for tires they have great deals but thats about it.... more

My car was acting up while I was out recently and I pulled in to Dobbs because it was literally feet from where my car started to break down. I was SO happy that I ended up there. I had them give me prices for the things that needed repair and they were cheaper than the place that I usually go and could do it that day. I was in the right place at the right time! And now I know where the right place is! more

Price, Good Service, and Friendly 11/13/2005

After serveral visits to this place in South County found the service good, friendly, helpful, and good price. I found the experience very good. also very helpful with suggestions on what my car needs now and in future. Their staff took their time making sure my car runs great and help me with any future problems I may have. PROS: friendly good service CONS: none more
